OK, haven't checked for any previous posts on this, but did Bob Brown of Hot Boat (Sept 2002) mag get it all wrong, or is California's state government that screwd up. 1 of the 2 are total morons... Let er rip.

I suspect that California IS that screwed up. Maybe we should all stop breathing. CO is already regulated down to minuscule levels. CO2 is the "greenhouse gas" that they want to regulate next.

No I belive he is correct. The land of the fruits and nuts is at it again. They are going after CO2 because it is a greenhouse gas. The bad thing is they will get away with it over there and then the Feds will do it all over the country.

Maybe they should regulate all that medicinal marajuanna they are smoking over there. It seems to turn you into a tree hugging liberal and Im sure it produces CO2 when you burn it.
