Default Lake Sacandaga

I am thinking about taking a vacation with my family to Lake Sacandaga with my boat. Can anyone recommend a place to stay? Is there a ramp nearby to launch my 28' boat? Room for the trailer?

Thanks

Depending on where you want to stay there are places. A nice bed and breakfast (just recently had new owners so don't know the name) right on the water in Northville at the base of the Northville bridge. Nice place and has docks for those staying. And there is a free state boat launch not even a 1/4 miles away. There is the Flip Inn right by the Sport Island Pub in Northville as well. Many places to go and see. Many launches to use depending on where you are on the lake. Any ?'s let me know.

I tow from south of albany to the lake only a few times a year,we stay at the flip in,its a little dated but you can keep truck & trailer next door in parking lot, this will fill up with the bar being across street,we launch at the northhampton state camp ground,$8 ,normally not busy at all, lots of room to park.only few min. from flip inn. millers grandview marina is also good to launch, thinks its $25, if you ask nice thay will let you keep boat & trailer there overnite, little close to get in & out of driveway but I do it with my 25.I am no expert on lake but I allways find someone to teach me more or follow around

Lets just say Performance Boat friendly, unless you act like a jerk.
