Default Making progress.... Restoring 180 islander

Been restoring this 180 islander for a few months now. I decided to put carpet back in the boat instead of the non skid paint. Did the carpet in, in my driveway. Waiting to get interior back this week. Will post pics when I get it back and put in. IMG_0202.JPG. IMG_0124.jpeg

Good to see other people are keeping the 180's alive, they're great little boats. I restored mine this year...pictures are on the Baja Boat Owner forum (I'm under the name 'splitmushroom' there) http://bajaboatowners.com/threads/65...0-Project-pics

I am thinking of doing Sea Dek instead of carpet. not sure how it will work in the uncoated fiberglass though. What did you end up doing?
