Have you run the truck over empty? Do you know what the truck axles weigh without the boat?

Im surprised a 2005 35 Fountain weighs that much. Just guessing but prob around 1k lb tongue weight? 12k lbs with only 60 gallons of fuel in it, on a trailer which looks to be aluminum? Thats not a light boat imo. Well, for what you would think a modern 35 Fountain at least. Prob close to 10k lbs fully fueled on the water.

Tim's welded aluminum Manning trailer probably rivals the weight of a steel trailer. It's built really stout.

Next time, drop the tongue stand on the scale, with the truck off the scale and get the weight differential. That's a better figure to know.
