I have recieved messages from OSO that my private mail box is full, so I cannot recieve any messages......I just checked it and I have NO MESSAGES in my box....... I checked for the last year and still have no messages.....I had deleted them all
So what gives????

Did you check "Sent items" And delete ?

old problem with new fixes coming. go under edit messages and make sure you check all the boxes to delete. Lokk under FAQ for more assistance

per the FAQ, you can have 25 messages in folders...... I had none in the inbox and only 5 in the sent mail folder....no others....So OSO why is my box full?????

you need to pull up all your PM "from the beginning"
It should have some in there...

1. User options(on the left side of the page)
2. Private messages(click on)
3. the small box "show messages from"...click dropdown box to from the beginning
This should yank em all up
