Derek Fobear @ Bay Outboard Marine - Saginaw, MI
I just wanted to give some feedback about an excellent experience that I just had with a service department in Saginaw, MI. Derek Fobear with Bay Outboard Marine has been incredibly helpful with my purchase of my new (to me) Baja 33 Outlaw. I live 9 hours away from the boat, and Derek performed compression check, leakdowns, and full drive inspections on my new purchase.
He was in contact with me the whole time, updating me on my progress via phone and email. He sent me videos of both engines running, from the inside and outside of the boat. When the work was complete, he called me personally to let me know the work was complete. He told me the results over the phone, and emailed them to me within the hour of all the work being complete. Then, once the work was complete, he winterized both engines for the trip from Michigan back to Southern Indiana.
The price was extremely fair for the work they did. I couldn't be happier with the communication and service I received. If anyone needs service in the Saginaw, MI area, I would highly recommend going to see Derek.

I'm always disappointed when I hire work done. But being so far away, I wasn't really able to do it myself. Derek and his guys were excellent, and deserve all the recognition that they can get.
