502's with roller cams have some saltwater spots on them, Replace or run?

502's with roller cams have some saltwater spots on them, Replace or run?
They look like black spots and and are deep enough to slight catch my nail on them. Any one have any experience with these?

Last 4 of part # off the back of cam , sometimes you can get from summit or jegs cheap enough where your just gonna replace it . If its a mark like where the lobe was up , roller was on a film of watery oil and eroded through , it needs a cam .

Only time i have seen that was lack of proper pickling or cam was in a bath of milkshake everything else will actually look decent but a few spots on the cam where the roller was under pressure on a lobe that was pointing up . Sucked worse when the cam cost more than a set of pistons .but the prices seem to have come down on the gm crate grinds
