I'm plotting & planning (dreaming) of another project. Im wondering if there are any 400SS out there with Arnesons & how they perform. I've seen the Illmore Indy boats but that is way outside my budget.
I found this thread, but it has no answers, only the canned response i read about every surface drive.
It seems to me there was a set of Arneson conversions for sale here a while ago that were being sold because they didn't perform as they thought on what I think was a 400SS.

Formula doesn't from factory offer that option but would be cool to see!

Call Rik, he would be able to confirm how they work and what size you need. Im sure the bravo kit would work, I have 540cu motors with 18x30 props on my 38.2 for 3-4 years now. I would love to see the rooster tail off a 40ss.
