I actually asked for it to be removed. I have no problem with a disagreement but something quite insensitive was said about a tragedy that was not needed. I have more respect than to continue down that path.

I took my 96 38' Fever down to RF Marine back late 2013 for Portside XR repair after hitting something in water. RF the 3rd quoted my insurance company for replacing port XR, props, and labor close to $17,000. I recently one month ago had yet another problem with same drive, come to find out RF took XR off my boat and replaced it with older Bravo 1 upper and internals. First part number on insurance quote for XR upper does not bring up any part at all (Bad # Given) and all other part numbers were for XR parts that were not used on my boat. Getting my boat repaired just cost me $10,000 out of pocket, on top of $17,000 given by insurance company. What kind of business does this?
