Default Hp 500

Hey guys I'm a new member, please excuse my rookie questions as I am new in performance boating. I recently bought a used boat with a HP 500 merc (1998 carb motor) . Motor looks great but some of the powder coating is starting to fail along with some other visual aesthetics due to the age of the motor. Are aftermarket parts, pulleys upgrades etc still available? What is the best website that still offers parts for these older motors.

Thanks
