One thing I thought of was emmission. Goverment doesnt have to follow emission like you and I do, and I cant see a 2-stroke diesel meeting emission very easily

How soon until we see a twin diesel outboard powered Skater or ?? Cat?? Twin 200's top speed 85 but gets 6 mpg at 75.
