Always liked the US-1 graphics on my '91 42 Fountain but the old girl was starting to look dated and it was time for a makeover. Dropped her off this afternoon at the paint shop and in a week or so I will pick up what will look like a whole new boat to me. She looked huge out of the water before but all white boats look even bigger. I have always loved an all white Fountain and that's what she will be when she comes home. New power, new paint, and hopefully I will keep her for a few more years before I make the leap to a center console.

I don't sleep in my boat, I have a camp in the 1000 Islands. Most of the bigger center consoles have nice v-bunks in them and a bathroom. I have never once used the bathroom in any of my boats. For the boating I do a center console with 2 or 3 outboards is perfect. I am also looking at spending winters in Florida and summers here in about 5 years and it just makes more sense.

That said I think you rattled of the least used part of most (surely mine) people's boats.

If I wanted to spend the night and use my bathroom I would go buy myself a nice late 80's F-36 Trojan flybridge with a pair of 454's and call it good.
