Default Trim Sticks: This is how you do customer service!

Somewhere along a wild ride to the bay last friday, one of my trim sticks broke. (for that I blame my inability to operate the boat in a sane sensible manner, not the product) I emailed Mark today the guy who builds them about buying a replacement. He would hear nothing of selling me a new piece and insisted on sending a new one out this afternoon. Its great these days to see customer service in this industry, anybody looking for indicators, these things rock!

What in the world do you need heads up indicators for when you too scared to take the boat out and run it with a little bit of ripple in the water? Or are they for when Dave is throttling the boat? We all know the big air shot didn't come from your hands at Boyne Thunder....

First i teach ya how to break it . . . . then i teach ya how to fix it . . . then i teach ya how to NOT break it lol . . . . last saturday was his dissertation . . . he got a F on his first draft but will be allowed to make it up.
