Me and family are visiting New York this weekend (10/17) and we have Saturday off and free of activities. We were wondering if there is anything to do that has to with performance boats on that Saturday? Such as any marines or docks that host boats. Or maybe if one of you kind people would be willing to take us out (only 2) people, that would be awesome. We would pay for your gas fully if you choose to take our offer!! By the way we are from Lake of the Ozarks and don't get around to offshore boating very often. But we're used to the rough water. Thanks!

About 50 boats in this run...

If not, if you have a car, you could day trip it to Fire Island. (Ocean Beach)

We were just there weekend before last. Lots of rain but still had a blast.
Went to top of Freedom tower- Several hours later and just a FEW cocktails- we were feeling No pain! Great view of the city. I suggest late afternoon and stay for sunset.
Or was it Several Cocktails and a few hours later Hmmmm it was a Blurrr

Unfortunately The Beast is closed for the season. http://www.ridethebeast.com/ not much going on with the seasons turning. Maybe Google to see if anything going on at Liberty Landing in Jersey City.http://libertylandingmarina.com/ If nothing else spend your $ on The Blue Man Group.
