Looking for a mercruiser service center that wants to work on 575's w/xr. Boat is a 2003 386 sonic. No one local has much experience with this setup. Don't mind driving 250 miles. Please refer -thanks alot.

i dont think you will find a factory trained merc person yet that knows this motor. most of the one ive seen just read the manuel just as i can, the merc scan tool will be the most help. prob someone in florida should be up on this motor. when i had a prob, the most help i got was calling merc racing myself.. i end up knowing more than my locall shop guys here.paid by the hour for him to learn how the use the scan tool.
good luck

hmmmmmmmm maybe, I know they are marking down the remaining Formulas and Fountains, and haven't seen any new inventory, but I figured it was the time of year for that.

anyway about maintaince and tuning, Joe Blair can handle it.
