Northern Illinois Offshore Club (NIOC) is proud to announce the first annual Chain-O-Lakes Shootout Saturday August 6th 11AM-3PM on Grass Lake. The NIOC and our sponsors are excited to be hosting a one mile radar run on Grass Lake with the world famous Blarney Island as the pit area and base of operations. We have secured a permit to have the entire Grass Lake NO WAKE for the event for the safety of the participating boats and spectator boats. Come see some of the fastest offshore boats 23' and larger run a mile course against a radar gun. Flyers and details to come.
