Does anybody have any info on replacing a 6m box with a GM 4 pin module. Also would this work with a crank trigger.

just replace the whole deal with a HP hei remove the vac advance(kit made to block off) get the 2 correct wire connectors and roll on..

I heard somewhere that you could take a 4 pin module D1906 to replace a msd box. They say it makes a good back up.

if you can mount it in or on a good metal surface because it needs a heat sink then yes it could replace a box, crank trigger would replace the wires that come from dist magnetic pickup assuming the crank pickup has a compatible signal (which it normally would)

or you can just carry a spare box
