It's hard to believe by putting back the straight edge on the step from a 2 inch bevel that was done to prevent a porpoise above 100 give me about a 10 mph gain at 3500 rpm[ATTACH=CONFIG]555173[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]555174[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]555175[/ATTACH]

Glad to see the boat is back to performing well, getting stock power dialed back in.
Side Note for Side Jobs:
I gotta put out there a HUGE THANK YOU to John (Side Jobs) for coming over on Friday and doing 98.2% of the terrible task of replacing the drive trim indicators on Monsoon. It would have taken me 2.5 days. John had the job done in 2.5 hours. NO JOKE.
That, and some guidance on a few other items is HUGELY appreciated. I think you have a future in marine mechanics if you ever get tired of working on Hondas.
