Looking to find 4 "hook" ends to connect the throttle and shifter cables to the kiekhaefer shifter (zero effort) and also a trim switch which will attach to the shifter itself.

Part #40 is what you are talkign about I believe - they aren't cheap for such a small part

Yep that was it! thank you... any idea where i can a trim switch to mount on the controls?

I used parts #2 and #3 on the diagram. Then epoxied a piece of brake line on the handle to run the wires. Looks factory. no pics, but if you expand the drawing you can see how the factory ran the wires through a hole in the top of the handle and then down a tube.
