Default Fiberglass windscreen

I have a 88 baja 240 sport and was looking at getting rid of the old glass, aluminum framed windshield and was looking at doing some sort of fiberglass windscreen. Like on the outlaws. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions on how to do it

I built one for my 27' Magnum.................You can use the aluminum frame as a template. I was not that fortunate since my boat had no windshield. I just mocked up a cardboard template and transfer it to 1/4" luan (plywood)
There's a lot that goes into it, I won't say it's easy if you have no experience with laying up fiberglass, but neither did I............materials Vinylester resin, 1.5 oz. mat, 1708 glass & 1/2" balsa coring.

yes One piece...........once you get the right form and angles in cardboard then transpose that to the base materials (I used 1/4" luan (plywood) you can rough tack it in the corners) to hold it's form before you get the first layer glass on.

I've always wanted to do one on this old corsa hull, but more rounded.

I don't know if a previous owner or wellcraft did my old scarab 400 but it is absolutely seamless
And I have never seen another 40 like it.
Phantom boats here in sarasota has a nice one on their open cockpit 30's and could probably pop one out of the mold to fit.
