any way to convert 2007 40 SS rear trunk to seat like newer model????

I am looking to purchase a 2007 but like the rear seat option on the 09 and newer...

Sawzall....Anything is possible with the right glass guy. There is really nothing there that cant be removed. Handy trunk though. I would not give up the storage on mine. Sunpads can be made for the bow.

I wish I could remember where I saw it, but while searching used 370's and 400 ss's I came across a boat that the owner converted to newer style. Ill see if I can find it.

Its a 1999 400 SS , Looks tan., in Salt Lake city. Powerboatlisting.com Here is what he says..."New style engine hatch with rear-facing seat in 2012";
