bought a block and heads hp 500 gen 6 502ci What is best intake and carb combo? It has je pistons think it is around 9-1 comp and 600 lift cam, mild ported gm heads, gil exhaust.Going to put in a 25' cat. Any input would be appreciated.

Factory is a 9011 holley 800 CFM double pumper and Dart single plane on the OE gen 6 HP 500s.

i have a nice carb&manifold from a hp500 if you are interested.the carb has fresh rebuild&paint,also fresh paint on the manifold.

The Eddy Victor Jr with a Quickfuel 850 seems to be popular for that base.
