Yup, it's that time of year again. Pullin' out the sleds this weekend, rebuilding the suspension and going through the clutches and carbs etc. Cannot wait for WHITE GOLD!

Dilema, dilema,
what to do
run the boat ONE last time on Saturday, or go snowmobiling.
what's a michigan sophisticated redneck to do......
isn' t this state great!! Went sledding in late April last spring, and boating in early may.
gotta get the hunting in too......

We'll be out at Hastings sunday, hopefully we'll see some racing.Last year it was rained out and the year before the timing lights didn't work.Looking forward to some good riding this year, started the maintenance last night shocks, hyfax, bearings etc.. man those little bastards can nickel and dime you to death!

Goin to he cottage one last time with the boat this weekend.Calling for 65 to 70 and sunny so I just can't call it quits yet.next weekend is winterize the boats, pull the docks and close up the island. Then the sleds come out for maint work.Although with the winter forcast ahead,I wonder if its worth rushing because it sounds like winter won't come till january anyway
I got in just a lousy 2000 miles last season on my sled and the wife only did 400.Almost wasn't worth spending the $130 for the trail pass for her sled.
I told Shane the other day that some ridin buddies and I are plannin a 6 or 7 day trip to northern ontario in february if any one is interested. Its easy to run 250 to 300 miles a day up there and they ALWAYS get winter
