Some time ago, after I received a letter from my insurance company stating something to the effect that they were posting a "reservation of rights" on my claim - that I *may* have misrepresented my boat to the broker (Sy).

Since the insurance company was keeping tight lipped about it, I had figured that they had been in touch with Sy and that Sy may have been involved, in some way, with this (incorrect) notion about misrepresentation. I posted something about it on the Board, but rather quickly deleted it after Sy posted a reply.

Well, it looks like everything is going to turn out "correct", as far as the insurance company making good on paying the claim.

So to Sy, I apologize.
