What have you had the best experience with when it comes to the EOH kits? I have a 2005 tri axel Manning trailer with surge disc brakes and after making two 400+ miles trips this summer with more planned for next summer I have realized my surge brakes suck! Narrowly avoid an accident on the last trip 10 miles from my destination, converting to an EOH set up is my winter project.

I went with the HydraStar 1600 psi, should have done it sooner! I read a lot of articles and people with multiple trailers have said hydrastar is faster to respond, and it fit nicely on my frame rail. I called a guy at the factory and he said not to worry about submerging it during launching either.

I am doing the same project myself right now. Researching the EOH options. I like the Dexter 1600psi EOH setup...my C-Hawk trailer has Dexter axles and disk brake setup currently...but I cannot wait to get my EOH installed. I am towing with a Ram so the integrated controller is supposed to be capable of running the EOH kit without the use of an aftermarket controller.

If you've never had EOH, you will never go back to surge after you install it (whether Dexter or Titan).
