Default Bumper Boat Passion

What does a legendary throttleman and setup expert most often have as his personal boat? The answer might surprise you, https://www.offshoreonly.com/article...r-boat-passion.

From the OSO home page.

Another great article. I definitely would not have guessed that a RIB would be JTs' favorite.

Favorite "personal" (key word) boat.

Thank you for the kind words.

It makes sense.......he doesn't need to be thrilled by super speeds in a cramped cockpit (he has enough of that already) and he owns a service shop and realizes the OB's are bulletproof. Being a long time S FL guy he surely doesn't need any more sun exposure so the T-Top has that covered too! Bap bap bap of big blocks and whine is work to him.......purr of V-rods is not!

They are cool boats, excellent tenders for yachts (never need a fender!). Only bad RIB experience I heard about was a guy tying one to a piling and then the tide went out and the barnacles lower on the piling flattened a tube.

What is the advantage of having tubes rather then a normal CC? I have always wondered that.
