Default Water below liner

I recently purchased a 2007 26 Outlaw. I noticed when we vacuuming around the depth finder water was coming out from between the liner and bottom of boat. So how do you get the water all out? How do you know if you did? Do I have to raise and lower the level of the boat on the trailer? thanks

The liner portion in the engine bay is simply another layer of gel coated fiberglass that is over the bottom of the hull. Any water that gets in will not settle on top of the liner, but under it...no need to panic, just raise the bow high enough on the trailer with the drain plug out and any excess will go out the drain plug. Check the cabin to make sure there isn't another accumulation spot...(I don't think the 26's have a mid bilge)...any bow water should flow straight thru to the back of the boat. I get picked on for vacuuming out my bilge...good to see others like me..lol
