What Spark Plugs For 525?

'07 525 efi has NGK R BPR6ES. This is a non-iridium plug. Engine is due for new plugs so is this the best one to use?

I change my plugs every year and use these exact plugs. No issues at all. Gap 'em at 0.035, a little anti-sieze on the threads, put them in at 20 ft/lbs and forget about them until next year.

zero anti sieze especially for DIS ign systems. Im telling ya in a good way.
