So, this is the 370SS version of the boat they had at the Miami Boat Show in 2018?

No, the 370 SS is a smaller model. The 400 SSC is a new model.

I believe the 430SSC and 430ASC is the original hull for the 400SS, which was extended (3 feet) to accommodate the outboards.
It looks as though this 400SSC is the original hull for the 370SS, which was extended the same way (3 feet) to accommodate the outboards.

The 370 and 400 both have an 11 ft beam. They likely used a modified version of the bottom but they got an extra foot of beam in there somewhere.

Per my source at Formula, the 400 SSC hull was based off the 430 SSC hull but is an all-new hull from the keep up.

and no doubt EXPENSIVE!

I like the 2 Fountain 48's that were converted to OB's a million times better and I think they were 1/2 the price of this Formula new.

Once you move up to 40 ish feet and go to a larger beam boat than the go fasts of 8'6", I think it's time to slow down, enjoy the huge cabins and deck areas of a cruiser and sip your wine at 20knots while the diesels rattle away under the cockpit floor. Let the shaft drives spin big slow props and keep the boats clean lines.

The one boat that I thought combined the outboards well in a cruiser style was the Sea Ray 370 Venture. As they don't appear to be in production anymore, I guess I was wrong and they missed the mark too.
