Default Msd distributor advance stop bushings

Can anyone tell me the sizes of the advance stop bushings on an msd distributor ? I can’t tell what color it is because it’s a little rusty. Also , what spark plugs would you use on a 454 with B&m 250’s? Got this old project boat almost ready,,,,

Assuming BBC rect port heads, I would run AC MR41T plugs.

Those are probably close. The NGK 7 is equivalent to and AC 42 heat range.and an NGK 8 is equivalent to an AC 41.
Stock NA Merc engines run an AC MR43T or NGK BR6FS. Merc 525SC/600SC run an AC MR41T
