Default Blueprinted outboard lowers?

Has anyone ever modified an outboard lower for more speed or efficiency? Is there any shop that offers the service?

Just curious, I’ve done some googling and haven’t turned up anything.

Doesn't Blades blue print lower units? Would think he could do outboards also.

More google reveals that Suzuki DF300s got a pointy lower in 2012. I’m assuming they’re interchangeable with my DF250s, but I could probably just upgrade to 300s for not much more.
