Default Winter family vacation spots

Looking for suggestions for a winter family vacation destination for a large group of friends. Some young kids, teenagers and fun adults. Looking for warm location around Easter break. Must have water. All inclusive would be great. Keys? Some island? Not planning on taking any boats. Possibly rent a boat. The Hurricane just wiped out a lot of choices.

Hawaii My better half flies there every week for work. She Likes Maui and couple other islands. I can ask her the whole lowdown cause she is there about 5 to 6 times per month for 3 straight days.

Another choice Catalina just a suggestion.

Cancun Mexico

No all inclusive resorts in the US. Can't beat Mexico. Easy flight and cheap. We like Playa del Carmen area. Stay at Playacar and it's walking distance to the downtown area of Playa del Carmen. We mostly stay on the resort, but it's fun to walk around in the city and grab lunch/drinks in the afternoon to break it up a bit. We typically take a day over to Cozumel also. They have a Bar Hop tour that I recommend. You hit like 5 bars on the other side of the island and you don't have to drive.
Can't beat the value of Mexico! Especially if you have a group as everyone might not have the same budget and want to spend a small fortune to go to Atlantis.
