does anyone know part number for the large 2 quart WIX oil filters??
going to replace for spring , took off, threw out, i forgot numbers

I use K&N available @ Walmart and/or O'Riley's K&N HP-3002Oil Filter
I believe they make a bigger one also.

i want the larger filter,,like the extra oil

When I looked that WIX one up I found
1) No Bypass
2) No anti drain back valve
Not sure I like either of these "features"
I always use the K&N, 3002 and it is white and the decals come off to look good on the white transom.

Here is another 2 qt filter with anti drainback and bypass valve.

Napa 1794 , Wix 51794 is the standard 2 quart for Chevy in HD Trucks .
Napa 1060 , Wix 51060 is the standard 1 quart for Chevy , neither of these have a bypass or drainback !
Why you ask ? Because you dont need it on a chevy !

You really only need the anti drainback if the filter is mounted like it is on 502mpi's

Not sure which filter you are referring to as everyone's idea of big is different and I haven't measured the liquid capacity. The really big Wix is the 51222r, you should know it if you have it because it has a 4 1/2 in. diameter with 1 1/2 in. threads, it looks more like a coffee can than a filter. Someone might correct me, but I don't believe Merc installed them on anything, they might be for an Eickert filter housing. Anyway here's the specs right from Wix so you can verify.
