Anyone know the story behind this (damage, injuries, etc.)? I saw that the boat is up for sale with no power. Definitely one of the biggest jumps I've seen from a boat of that size.

I believe the boat was cracked in half - the consensus was a total loss, but apparently has been somewhat repaired.

Figure in the cost of the repower/re-rig and the hull really has no value. That history will haunt this boat forever.

By "somewhat repaired" I was referring to the fact that the boat has not been re-rigged.

There are some good photos of the damage if you do a search for them, looks totaled. Can't imagine its anything but a lawn ornament now. Been listed on and off for a few years.

Where did you find it for sale ? Do you have a link to it ? I thought someone told me it was here in Florida but I may be mistaken
