Default Teague custom cams

Just wondered if many have dealt with Teague on custom order cams for NA. A very good friend and gear head from way back took all my specs on builds and spoke josh at Teague and spent close to an hour on the phone with him over my custom cams/builds. While comp nor crower didn't even respond via email nor showed any interest or care in what we were doing and have not responded as of yet. Well over a week. A thumbs up to josh as he spent the time out of his busy day to help get us near exactly where we want to be without just throwing specs, timing events etc out there. I completely respect that. Were not newbies to the hobby of building power rather than just wanted as close to spot on as possible first time around as lobe profiles among other things have changed to the better. 565 NA builds. I'm not disssing other companies as I have dealt with both in the past but rather speaking out.

I personally have never heard anything negative about Teague and only positive. Any experience with custom cams from them I'd appreciate it.

Why waste the time and money with Teague?. Call Mark Chicone at Bullet Cams.
Tell him what you got and what you want. He will spec it out right .
Very Knowledgeable cam guy , (almost as good as Billy and comp )
He has spec'd several for me and has always been excellent.

I forgot to mention bullet to my friend who is helping set up valvetrain. He got the lift, duration and lsa back via email from comp, crower and Teague and I was a little concerned with the numbers I got back. Will have him contact bullet with all the info I provided and hope to get something back that makes a little more sense.

Not sure if teague changed anything, but their cams were copies of cranes ground by andrews camshaft in illinois if memory serves

Mine came from Andrews when ordered from Teague 7 years ago. Good product 8620 core, the cam card was very basic, no branding whatsoever. I had planned on just throwing some Crane 731's in but Adrian at Teague talked me into the 500efi clones they had and am happy I went that route.
