Recently just came across a great deal on headers locally for my 7.4 454 baja. Learning the hard way they weren't really close to my setup that i needed but they are doable. they are CMI Etop headers..i already figured out i need bravo tails ( looking for a set if anyone is selling any!!) Next issue im having is i have no welded on bungs to attach my shift cable bracket. now ive heard of being doing brackets on their transom when they swap to headers..anyone have any more pictures or info on this?

You can see my linkage in the bottom center on the stringer. It keeps the cables in a nice wide loop. It’s also nice to not have to deal with it every time the headers come off, which you should pressure check every season.
