Default 525 EFI oil temperature

Just curious what y'all are seeing for oil temps ON A 525 EFI ?

New to me boat. With freshly rebuilt engines ..
I'm seeing roughly a 50 degree difference between engines ..
Not sure WHICH one to be concerned about .lol .

60 degree water after a Hard WOT run...

Once I’m up to operating temp it runs 175/180 coolant temp, 190-200 oil temp
your port oil tstat may be stuck open

That display shows 200* straight up and down. Looks closer to 180 to me

looks like 165 for one oil temp and 175 for the other oil temp. IMO that is too cold. Motor Oil flow better with heat and has to burn off combustion moisture at point in time so heat is needed..

Where are the temps being measured, before or after the cooler?
