Ok what exactly happened there? I'm asking before I jump to any conclusions on how well the boat was strapped down.

He said in the video that someone pulled out in front of him, that Dodge is built Ram tough, dont see how anyone would of survived that rollover

Ok I missed the rollover and honestly thought maybe the boat had run over the truck. That's what I get for trying to watch it on my phone without sound. Yeah I agree I don't know how he survived

Without knowing any of the story and just looking at the video it looks like he got rear-ended hard, busted up the drives, buckled the trailer and sent the boat flying over the top of the truck.

It appears the boat launched through the truck cab............boat looked pretty good, no major damage! Truck.........not so much! Glad everyone was ok

A lady turned directly in front of them and they hit her directly in the passenger side of her car. He was driving the speed limit and if you can imagine a 55 mph direct impact will break many straps out there, The winch stand was still attached to the boat when it was laying in the ditch, from where it broke off the trailer. Luckily the all came out with minor injuries.

Pure insanity. How they are all ok is a miracle.

Before I even read your post, and seeing the damage in the video, that is pretty much what I thought.
Its unbelievable that they were not badly hurt.
