Default Best carrier puller

What the best carrier puller for a bravo one? And is there anything that'll dissolve or soften whatever it is they seal it in with?
Once I get a proper puller if it won't come should I put pressure on the puller and gently heat the case?

Well, being a bit miffed that I can't find any of my bearing pullers I started scrounging around. Found an old piece of keystock and a long 5/8 u-bolt with fine treads. After a little cutting drilling and milling I ended up with a suitable device.
I did have to reposition it 90° as one area didn't want to come loose and was cocking the carrier. After I got under the stuck area it came out fairly easy.
