Has anybody ever replaced the engine hatch vinyl and had to remove the plexiglass cover on the inside? Looks like they siliconed it in and a pain to remove. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks
does anyone know who made the donzi interiors?

JLS ...
I came across this on one of the Donzi sites -- Premier Performance Interiors in Sarasota FL www.ppi-fl.com did a lot of the interiors when the ZXs and ZRs were built.
FWIW, I have also come across info suggesting that some work was done in house as well.
good luck!

I actually just pulled my entire interior out. The plexiglass was kind of a pain but it came out, in pieces though. It was spray glued onto a type of fiberglass backer board which was then adhered to the hatch with some type of adhesive like a 3m 4200/5200 or some construction adhesive. I used a hammer and wonder bar to pry the plexi off slowly and worked my way from the front to the back. Crappy part is about half way back the fiber board starters coming with it so now I have to find a replacement for that as well.
