Default Bleeding air from #6 steering rams

I have air in my rams from the system being apart, and am looking for some tips to bleeding it out.

Anyone have experience with this? The system itself running will not bleed it. Latham suggested taking the rams off the drive side and cracking the lines with the primary pump engine running
