Just a PSA, I know there’s a ton of ballers on here and a ton of ballers on a budget, this is just an FYI to pay attention to all of the inner workings of your boat, not just the motor and out drive. A running motor doesn’t mean sh!t if your gas tank is leaking. Not my boat but this happened right across the channel from my house and I’m very happy to hear that both occupants survived with non life threatening injuries. I assisted with the removal of the boat this evening and it’s amazing how quickly a fire destroys fiberglass. Be safe everyone.

also check the fuel fill hose it has a 10 year life and often cracks
