After many years of Baja, and a couple Cigs and tons of parts on my walls I decided to give this CC thing a try, picked up a 97 302 with 2007 evinrude 250 ETEC engines with 170 hours
boat was a smoking deal so I grabbed it and didn't even sell my Top Gun yet lol
hope to do some beach and fishing with my grandsons as they grow up so Thai was the choice, they ride well and that's hard to say after having Cigarette for 10 years haha the cost of the top gun is more then I wanna keep spending to go boating, when it breaks it's expensive.

one thing I wanna do is add K planes, anyone done that in a 302? Was it worth it? Hate the slow Bennett's on it.

Don't have experience of the improvement of K planes on the 302 Sport. They were an option from Wellcraft and standard on a few of their 302 Sport Limited Edition boats.
Can't tell if your Rudes are 25" or 30"? The boat was designed for 25"(and mounted high), needs 4 blade props and weight, (batteries etc.), moved as far forward as possible with modern heavy motors.

Do these have a flush-able toilet in the bow compartment or just a porta-pot? Went from a go-fast to a Sundancer and now looking for new boat. Don't want another full cruiser and have been looking at Formula SS or Formula bowrider, (don't need a cabin) but outboard power does seem to have it's advantages (mostly me not contorted in the bilge anymore LOL) but the wife still wants a flush-able toilet in whatever we get next.
