I always have to do a double-take when I see a C8. Still getting used to the mid-engine look. Seeing more and more of them each day. Hell there were 2 or 3 of them in the parking lot at PBC Shootout week.

Dont forget, this is the "base" vette. I know 495 HP is a lot but the C8 feels like wayyyy more. Its really interesting when you compare 60's muscle at 500HP to 2021 muscle at 500HP. The C8 Z06 is going to be absolutely amazing too assuming they have Porsche in the crosshairs the 0-60 will probably be at 2.2 or below. From the underground videos, it sounds good but NON Chevy push rod sounding. The C8 Z06 Nuremberg lap time is supposedly under 7 seconds (supposedly) You can have the best of both worlds. 750HP LS - This car came out 2-3 years ago from a restomod guy in TN. I always thought it was an amazing piece.

There is a guy that has a shop around the corner from my shop that does the restomod vettes, C1-C3's. It is amazing how good they look still after all these years. I like them better then the stock look.

They are really quick from a start. I'm pushing close to 800 in good weather with my Hellcat and they're a mother to have to deal with on the street. Highway/roll is another thing. Sweet cars and I love the mid-engine setup... if I had the need for a two-seater sports car, I'd most surely have one. I'll take mine in any color so long as it's black.
