I believe the beware thread about him is gone but he did rip off a ton of people, the wrong people . and he got a visit from the feds to whom he lied to about ripping people off .
Lying to the feds.. they don`t like that . Now he`s in even more trouble.
Twin Disc also send out cease and desist letters concerning the Arneson name.
Do not send this guy any money , you will not see it again.

people like this is why i had such a hard time selling my last car without title in hand... (I planned to have the buyer take the car and could use it for the 2 weeks until I got the title (and signed it to them) once they paid me) (done that a dozen times selling cars).

I never ripped anyone off in my life, and people like this make things 100x harder for everyone else. infuriating.

just have them give you a deposit that equals the payoff and let them hold onto the rest until you get the title, then when they hand you the rest of the cash, they drive away in a car with the title.
