Charlie Sill of Westville NJ owns an 85 or 86 30'er .I don't have any pictures, but...it does resemble a Wellcraft Panther (Scarab) of that era.

IMP is also a company that makes a boat called viper. they look nice but I don't know anything about them. I don't know if IMP and imperial are related sorry no real help here.??

One of my bankers called me and said he had a 1986 IMP 260hp 25' for $12,000.

IMP Boats Iola, KS (816) 322-3050.
Drove to their place a couple years ago while in KS for a quick look.
Not impressed but have little more than that for info.
