Default Swapping out Merc 2 MCM-E with Velvet Drives

Has anybody swapped Merc MCM-E with Velvet Drives 1018-014 with TRS/Speed master tail stocks assemblies? I could use some help please. Have the bell-housings, dampers, coolers, lines, gears, and tail stocks. It looks like needed are mount brackets for rear support off gears? And we have the room to move engines forward. Mike

Default more TR info

Scarab 454 engines are out - turns out the transom plate has mounting pattern that fits perfectly to TR2 tail-stock adapter. And it looks like the input shaft and u-joint needs to change from female spline to male spline. Now comes the question of the trim/tilt lock out device - how is that adapted to the TR2 tail-stock? Any info is greatly appreciated.
