Default Offset lifter bores in roller blocks?

Are the lifter bores in a Gen 6 block offset like flat tappet blocks? Yes I'm wanting to put a flat tappet cam in there.

X 100.
No such thing as offset bores. You can put flat tappet cam and lifters in there if you want. But do you really want, really really want ?

Interesting, so a roller cam has the lobes moved on center of the lifter bores? I'll have to measure that if I get my hands on a flat tappet cam one day.

technically the flat tappet cam lobes aren’t centered in the lifter bore so the lifters rotate.
The roller cam lifters aren’t centered over the lobe either.
And why would you want to use a flat tappet?

A good flat tappet in my application will have more longevity. Guys think 200 or even 500 hour top-end rebuilds are acceptable but I don't, not for what I'm doing.
