They are not exactly the same but are interchangeable, are you taking blown TRSs off of a Cig or something? #2s will bolt right on in place of them but the boat will behave differently

The #2s are longer, so your prop will run deeper.

the #2's are longer than the TRS??..didn't know that..I assumed they were shorter..

The major difference is the Lower, the lower is a speedmaster, twin shaft. The upper is the same. the length from center line to center line is the same. It will sit just about the same as a TRS, but if you are replacing a TRS, you will slow down. There are no more parts available, so if you are replacing TRS's, you are certainly better off going with Bravo or current drives, instead of trading what is becomming obsolete for what is already obsolete.
