2003 Fountain Fever Cabin continues to stay wet. I am not storing with cover on boat. Hangs on lift in sealed boathouse. Only place I can find that water is Front anchor storage area. Where does this area drain? Is there an area that could hold water from this area? Anyway, need as much help locating the source of this moisture. Carpet stays wet/damp. Moisture is causing headliner to detach from ceiling of cabin. Very little to no water in front bilge area.

Just fixed this on my 32. First your anchor locker should have a little drain, take the mirror off in the cabin and look, maybe its clogged.
The other place is the rails, these boats are old and the caulking gets bad, let alone how many times have we all tied lines to the rails? They really are not made to have that force on them.
Either way I loosened mine up and dug all the old out and resealed with 4200. No more water.
its not a hard job but a bit of a PITA, and if you take the bolts all the way out the rails will spring a little. You will need two people then.

Never been a huge problem for me because it stays in a garage and trailered to the lake on weekends.
Well this summer my boat was in the parking lot during a heavy rain. Soaked my new cabin carpet. I doubt it would have gotten my carpet wet if it was in the water. Anyways, I hope this fixes the problem so it won’t happen again.

Boat is at shop getting ready for upholstery. Have not disassembled yet. I can get pictures once taken apart but do not have borescope to send pictures
at this time. Further comments on my request is confirming my issue, but have not resolved as of yet. From what I have learned there is some water that will
always infiltrate the front bilge area due to possible leaks around rub-rail seams or anchor drain. I have borescope pictures sent to me from where I replaced the
gas filler hose and overflow hose if that will be of any use.
